Child Custody / Parenting

Any divorce case in which the parties have children will necessarily require a determination as to whether the parties will share custody, or whether one or the other will have primary custody. These cases will also require the creation of a parenting plan: a schedule whereby the parties will each have a set amount of time with their children each month.
