Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements are vehicles by which couples can address financial issues that might arise during a marriage or divorce. Pre-nuptial agreements are entered into prior to the parties marrying (usually during the couple’s engagement) whereas post-nuptial agreements are entered into after the couple has already wed. Allison has experience negotiating and drafting both pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements for clients at every asset level. She also has experience addressing issues that arise when one member of the couple seeks to enforce or challenge such an agreement at the time of divorce.
